Yes. We are open to serve our members. For branch hours and locations, please visit our branches and ATMs page.

Yes. Please follow all signage and instructions upon your arrival to a branch. Together we can help reduce the spread of the coronavirus.

You may make up to 25 internal transfers per day with a daily limit of $50,000, and a $25,000 limit per transaction.

You may make up to 5 external transfers per day with a limit of $1,000 per day.

There is not a standard credit check. However, we do utilize multiple systems and reports to ensure we can identify our members and provide them the best service.

$510 per day, but individual ATM machines may have lesser limits.

As a member of Zing Credit Union, you can visit any CO-OP ATM surcharge-free. Find an ATM near you.

You may change your PIN in person at our Acoma, Andrews and Federal locations. You may also have a new secure PIN mailed to you.

To finish opening your membership you will need to provide two forms of identification. One form of identification required is a government issued ID. A secondary ID can be a credit or debit card, student ID, or social security card. A $5 deposit is also required to open your required Share Savings account. This $5 represents your ownership of the credit union as a member.

Zing participates in the CO-OP Shared Branch Network, which means that our members can go to over 5,000 Shared Branch locations nationwide for basic account services like, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.

You may file a dispute by visiting our dispute page, and completing the correct dispute form.

You can expect to receive provisional credit by the 5th business day after filing a dispute unless we determine no error occurred before then, or additional information is needed from you to process the dispute. Disputes may take up to 90 days to resolve. You will receive a letter when your dispute has received provisional credit, final credit, if it has been denied, or if additional information is needed.

Yes, you will receive a notice stating your account will go dormant approximately 60 days prior to the dormancy date. However, we prefer your account never go dormant and that you stick around as an active member for decades like over a third of our membership.

Your direct deposit will be posted no later than 9am of the effective date of the deposit. The effective date of the deposit is controlled by your employer.

To become a member of Zing, you must live or work in Denver, Adams, Arapahoe, or Denver County. You may also become a member if you are a family member of a current member, or are a member of Consumers United Colorado.
