At Zing, we believe that an engaged and empowered staff will lead to exemplary service for our members. We also consider our staff to be a vital part of this great community we serve. That is why we are delighted to have been named 29th nationally (or in the nation) of the Best Credit Unions to Work for by Credit Union Journal.
The efforts to keep staff engaged and the wheels of the credit union running smoothly, especially during a global pandemic, are well worth it. We will continue to strengthen our staff and the local community in the face of challenging times. You can read more about the best credit unions to work for from this article by American Banker.
